Food

Although we recognize that some guests may have food restrictions, we cannot guarantee that food items will be free of specific allergens. We can, however, provide refrigeration for special food brought from home for guests with allergies and have a microwave on site.


What to Bring

Food:

You’re welcome to bring a birthday cake, candles and loot bags to personalize your party.

You can bring snacks and cold "finger" foods with you to your party. A mini-sized fridge is available to store a regular sized cakes. Upon arrival, a party staff member will store your cake for you until serving time.

Please do not bring sparklers or trick candles, as these may cause the fire alarm to activate.

Decorations

Your package includes a plastic table cloth as well as colour-coordinated partyware (plates and napkins). You may bring tied or weighted balloon trees to your party.


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. Please use the front entrance and your coaches will be awaiting your arrival. Please note: All parties start and end on time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are discounts permitted?

No coupons, passes, membership cards/benefits, discounts or vouchers can be applied in place of payment for Birthday Party fees.

 

A minimum of one adult is required per party.

How many adults are required at the party?

 

Yes. All Birthday Party packages allow additional guests. Up to five additional children may be added to the Birthday Party package at a cost of $10/person. Simply call us at
613-732-2263 to add children to your booking. We do ask that you confirm your final numbers for attendance by 4 p.m. the Wednesday prior to your Birthday Party.

Can I add extra guests to my booking?

 

Party resources and activities are prepared based on the confirmed number of expected party guests, so it’s important that you provide an accurate count. However, in the unexpected event that extra children show up, we will do our best to accommodate them provided the group size does not exceed the maximum of 15 children. Payment for extra guests will need to paid during the party.

What if extra children show up at the last minute that I didn’t include in my Birthday Party numbers?

 

If your child is sick on the day of the party, please contact us. We will work with you to reschedule the party at no additional cost. Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the Birthday Party date are fully refundable. For last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours), the $100 deposit becomes non-refundable.

What if my child is sick and I have to cancel my party? Is my payment refundable?

 

We do not provide loot bags but we do have a little treat for each guest to take home. You are welcome to bring your own loot bags.
